West Dallas Market

The West Dallas Market is a proposed adaptive reuse/mixed use/retail project currently in development. Located adjacent to the Trinity River levee along Singleton Boulevard on the western edge of downtown Dallas, the site offers a unique challenge, because it will be the first property one will see after crossing west over the new Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, the first of three signature bridges over the Trinity River Corridor designed by Santiago Calatrava, and currently under construction with a proposed completion date in 2009. The development occupies approximately four-acres of open land on Singleton’s south edge, and seven-acre site formerly occupied by a freight distribution and logistics company, to the northern edge of Singleton.
